At John Wah, we take pride in the quality and performance of our products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below.

Hygiene & Underwear Returns

Due to hygiene reasons and in accordance with UK consumer law, underwear items (including boxer shorts) are non-returnable and non-refundable if they have been worn, tried on, washed, or if the hygiene seal has been removed.

We kindly ask customers to inspect items carefully before trying them on.

Eligible Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags and hygiene seals remain intact

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The product is in a resaleable condition

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable postage costs.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as John Wah cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges on underwear items. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
